Textor & Renz<\/strong><\/p>\n

Two Voices, an acoustic bass and a electric guitar that’s it. Textor & Renz just leave the unnecessary behind and a unique Sound occurs.
\nA Sound that finds the magic in a single note and a simple sentence and let’s it glow.
\nThey listened to a lot of Johnny Cash and Hank Williams you can feel that, but there’s also the melancholy and loneliness of Neil Young, Nick Drake or Townes Van Zandt in this Sound of Textor & Renz. Those fine tones of Bill Evans and this velvet feeling of Dean Martin are in the mix.<\/p>\n

It’s wooden and creaky like Marc Ribot and Willie Dixon, red, angry and dark.
\nThey seem like strangers at home which is like Finnish Cinema, weird but kind of refreshing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
